How to Rock: Bralets

Hey lovelies! It's the co-owner, Marie, again!:-) I've decided that it is time for another How To Rock post! My apologies for the slow posts:-( Recently, I have been under immense stress, due to study overload. Unfortunately, I guarantee you that this will not be the last time that my posts are publishing slowly. The national examinations are in less than 4 months! Needless to say, I am extremely nerve-wrecked. Anyway, I think it's time to move on to the actual post!

Today, I will be styling a black bralet. This black bralet has caught my eye for a long time. Over the few weeks, I have imagined of different ways to style the bralet. Personally, I feel that skirts and shorts best complement bralets. Moreover, bralets may be used to create a sweet, modern, vintage, or punk look. Bralets can also be dressed up or down, according to the occasion. Be it a girls' night out, wedding dinner, date, or a day at the beach, bralets can always be used!

How To Rock: Blazers

Hey lovelies!:) it's Marie, back with a brand new post for you girls! Today's post will be about styling blazers! Now, I know that many of you out there are totally sucked into blazers but are puzzled when it comes to matching it with the right outfit. Don't worry, I've had the same issue before as well:) In this post, you'll gather a bunch of inspiration on how to style your blazers!

For coloured blazers, I tend to wear more basic and plain pieces, especially white and black. If I want to wear a neutral toned blazer, I would wear patterned and bright main clothing pieces. This created a contrast, which is essential for an interesting outfit!

This is all for today's post and I hope you all have enjoyed reading and got inspired somehow! Stay safe and keep dreaming!

3 Ways 1 Blouse: Grey High Neck Crop top

Hey lovelies! It's Marie!:) I'm back with the second installment of 3 Ways 1 Blouse! I hope you girls have been liking this new series so far:) Anyway, today I will be styling a Grey High Neck Crop Top. This blouse is such a basic piece to have, but yet so gorgeous! Let's get on with the post shall we?:)

For the first outfit, I decided to throw in this beautiful pink toned beige coat. The boyfriend jeans and oxfords brings the street style element to this outfit. To tie it all together, I added a small Michael Kors sling bag. I feel that this bag really completes the whole outfit!

For the second outfit, I decided to go for the bad/punk girl look. To achieve this style, I matched the top with a pair of leather shorts and black ankle boots. These two items together really gives the bad girl essence. To top it all off, I threw in this ALDO back pack, which I am currently in love with!

For the third outfit, I wanted to do something more formal and office like. Hence, I used this assymetrical pencil skirt, which I'm obsessed with, together with the Cambridge Satchel handbag. And of course, since this is a formal style, we've got to have a pair of pumps amirite? Heh. So, I added a pair of pointed suede mid heel pumps, which I feel, brings that formal/office vibe to the outfit!

That's all for this post, I hope you've enjoyed reading and I'll see you girls soon:) Meanwhile, keep dreaming!

TOP 3 LIPSTICKS FOR SUMMER

Hey lovelies!! It's Marie, back with another post!:) Today's post will be on lipsticks for summer! This summer, I feel like the trend is bright matte lipsticks and I am all for that. In addition, I have decided to search for drugstore lipsticks rather than high end ones, so that all of us can afford it! I absolutely cannot wait to get started on my bright matte lipsticks just because! So let's get on with the post:)

These are the Revlon Colourburst Matte Balms and I am so obsessed with these at the moment! Although they are super matte, these are hydrating at the same time!! The colour payoff is absolutely amazing and I cannot wait to get my hands on all of these! For the summer, my favourites would be Unapologetic, Audacious and Showy! Unapologetic is a lovely bright pinkish red which I absolutely adore -- especially for summer! Audacious is such a pretty creamy/peachy coral shade. This is PERFECT for summer!! Showy is a gorgeous bright bubblegum pink. All these definitely make it to my top summer lipsticks!

Next on my list is... The Maybelline Colorsensational Pink Alert!! The Pink Alert line is full of bright pink, matte shades perfect for the summer time!! My favourites are POW1, POW3 and POW4! All of them are similar pinks, yet different and I just can't decide which to purchase! I am extremely excited to get my hands on these lipsticks!

Finally, last but not least, the Maybelline Colorsensational Vivids! This line of lipsticks is amazing! Every single one of them are bright and gorgeous in every single way! The variety in this lipstick line is so wide, you will definitely be able to find a lipstick which suits you! My favourites are Pink Pop, Vivid Rose and Shocking Coral:) Pink Pop is pretty self explanatory -- it is a poppy pink shade, kind of a mix between bubblegum and baby pink. Vivid Rose is such a gorgeous shade! I would describe it as a reddish/fuchsia pink, simply beautiful! Shocking Coral, contrary to its name, is not a full on coral. Rather, it is a mix between a shocking pink and a peachy coral. This lipstick is so pretty and I'm obsessed with it!!

Reality Shows: Part 2

Hey lovelies! This is the co owner, Marie, back with the 2nd part of the Reality Shows outfits:) I have decided to also make this an interview/office wear outfit post to make it more relatable for everyone!:)

For the these outfits, I've decided to stick to the neutrals! Yes, formal wear tends to lean toward the neutral side, so I've decided to go with the flow:) I have also incorporated a few spring trends into these outfits, such as the lovely mermaid skirt and the gorgeous pastel blazer! In my opinion, pastels and colour block go great with official wear!

I hope you have enjoyed reading this short post!:) if you wish to see more outfits, I make some every week regularly here. If you do want to see some summer versions of office wear, do click here and ask for it^^ I'll gladly deliver what ever my readers ask for! Reality Shows: Part 1

Ello!

Its me admin J, aka Justice! Hows it going? So someone requested a post on reality show dressing, and I've got two looks that i think you guys can rock.

I've got black & white, which is professional at the same time a bit teen.

I've got a really good balance of black and white in this, and i think
its a really good combination. The skater skirt and jacket adds a little
teen-skater touch to it to show that we're not all serious, but fun as well.

Another black and white look, because I find it amazing.
The printed skirt looks great as a statement, therefore no designs
on the top. the gold accessories to complement
the gold in the shoes.

Remember that all the items featured are BELOW SGD $50, and thus making them affordable for everyone. (:

Look out for my next post; Divergent.

Love yall <3

BEAUTY ESSENTIALS [Part 1]

HELLO LOVELIES<3 It's been a few days since I posted up a blogpost and recently Versace and Turquoise has gotten tons of pageviews (for my standards)!! I just want to say thank you so much to our readers:)
Anyway, someone asked me, or rather requested me to do a Beauty Essentials post. So here it is!:) I have actually done a beauty essentials set for Justice Keane in the past. It is basically the more affordable version of beauty necessities so if you want to see that, you could drop me a request on a more affordable version here:)
Now let's get on to the real post!!

NYX Jumbo Eye Pencils: Milk Lait & Black Bean
I have raved about the NYX Jumbo Eye Pencils countless times. These are extremely long lasting and crazy pigmented. The Milk Lait is great to use as a base for bright eyeshadow and Black Bean is awesome as a base for dark smokey eyes. It dramatises the effect. Both of them are matte so these are definitely more to my liking as I prefer matte eyeshadow/bases for casual events, in general. Moreover, Milk Lait can be doubled as a highlighter! Just run in on the top of your cheekbones and nose bridge, blend it out and you're good to go!

NYX Soft Matte Lip Cream: Istanbul
Once again, a fantastic NYX cosmetics product. It keeps your lips soft while giving a tint of colour to it. I wouldn't say it is super pigmented, but I would say it is indeed pigmented enough (for my liking) for casual days. Definitely a great product to have in your makeup collection!:)

NYX Studio Liner: Extreme Gold
I personally feel that this product may not be an essential for all people, but it is for me! Although I don't use it on casual days, this would come in handy for special occasions. I swatched these on just a few days back and I was so tempted to purchase all of them. Stood there for about half an hour thinking about which ones to buy and I finally made the decision to purchase Extreme Gold. My reason for purchasing Extreme Gold is pretty simple: Gold is a very timeless and easy-to-match colour. It goes with absolutely everything and anything. Personally, I wouldn't want to wear this like a normal eyeliner. Instead, I would apply this on my lower lash line, connecting it to my black winged liner. I absolutely love this for special events:)

NYX Extra Creamy Round Lipstick: Baby Pink & Narcissus
Once more, another fabulous NYX product. The Extra Creamy Round Lipsticks are indeed extremely creamy and immensely pigmented! Baby Pink is pretty self explanatory: it's a baby pink colour. It's buildable and a teeny bit shimmery. Complements my skin really well in the summer time! Narcissus is a barbie pink colour. Nice product to use during spring time and currently obsessed with this product:) Overall, I am so happy with these two products. They are extremely pigmented, hydrating and buildable. Kudos to NYX cosmetics! I would recommend purchasing and trying out other shades, according to your preference!:)

Urban Decay Naked Palettes: 2, 3 & Basics
Finally moving on from NYX, we have the holy grail eye products! Many people comment on the price of these things, but really, if you take the total price of the palette and divide it by the number of eyeshadows you get, it is actually much cheaper than some drugstore eyeshadows! In addition, you receive a double ended brush (for Naked 2 & 3)! Very worth it, if you ask me. On a macro scale, the Naked 2 Palette is much more versatile compared to Naked 1. There is a jetblack colour in Naked 2 which really comes in handy for everyday makeup. Naked 2 has the very necessary eyeshadows needed and are more neutral than the eyeshadows in Naked 1. Hence, I prefer Naked 2 to Naked 1:) Naked 3 is a rosy toned palette. Ideal for an airy, ethereal, girly look. There are tons of Naked 3 reviews out there which are really useful! My favourites are here, here and here. Do refer to them as guides to using the Naked 3 palette!:) Naked Basics is well, a basic eyeshadow palette. It has absolutely everything you need. If you're a neutral person, this is the right one for you! All the eyeshadows in this palette are matte and I just find these so versatile and perfect. Currently saving up for this palette because the eyeshadows are worth it. However, if you already own the Naked 2, I don't recommend getting the Naked Basics, just because the Naked 2 already has most of the neutral colours. But of course, if you have the extra money and you really crave for the Basics palette, by all means, go ahead!:)

The Body Shop Body Butter: Strawberry & Peach
Oh my goodness, girls, I can't emphasise enough, how awesome these things are!! They keep your skin hydrated throughout the day, literally! 24 hours! They also smell awesome. I don't have much to say about these, but really, they are incredible. Whenever I travel, I always make sure that I bring one tub along! I strongly recommend this for anyone with dry skin issues:)

That's all for Part 1 of my Beauty Essentials!:) I will most probably upload the other one next week! At the moment, I'm in the middle of exams so I do apologise once again, if our posts are too slow:( If you feel that our posts are either too slow or too fast, do let us know! We will gladly accept your suggestions and work on it:) Someone has requested for us to do an 'Outfits for Interviews' post so Justice is currently working on it! I hope you've enjoyed reading this post and I will chat with you guys again soon;)
